How an enquiry works

You may contact the artist through Telegram, MAX or Email. When the project enquiry form is enabled, you may also submit an enquiry on this website. The form asks for consent before personal data is sent.

Information that may be processed

• your name, username and contact details;
• your message, approximate budget and preferred timing;
• photographs, portraits, sketches and other references;
• the page address, referral source and campaign parameters;
• information required to agree and fulfil an accepted commission.

Purpose

The information is used to answer your enquiry, assess the project, prepare a concept and estimate, agree the terms and fulfil an accepted commission. Marketing messages are not sent without separate consent.

Images and creative material

Photographs and references are used for the relevant project. Publication in a portfolio, social media or editorial material requires separate agreement.

External services

Telegram, MAX and email providers apply their own privacy terms. Limited information may be shared with service providers only where required to make, insure, deliver or receive payment for an accepted commission.

Analytics and cookies

If Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics is configured, analytics loads only after you select “Allow” in the cookie notice. Declining analytics does not prevent you from viewing the website or contacting the artist.

Retention and requests

Information is retained for as long as needed to respond, fulfil an agreement and meet applicable legal obligations. Requests to correct or delete information may be sent to nikolaylevashin@gmail.com.
